 : SHIPPING INFO Delivery Area We ship within the continental U.S. and internationally. We will ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses and FPO addresses. Note: All shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses and FPO addresses will be delivered via USPS (United States Postal Service). We also reserve the right to refuse service to any overseas customers. Delivery Methods Orders are sent either UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). Again, please note that all shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses and FPO addresses will be delivered via USPS (United States Postal Service). International orders will be sent regular USPS Air Mail. This is faster than Ground Mail, but it can still take up to several weeks to arrive. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders. Delivery Timeline All orders placed before 12:00 pm (noon) PST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 12:00 pm (noon) PST are shipped the next business day. Example: If you place an order Monday afternoon, your order will be shipped Tuesday morning. Orders received on Friday will either be shipped on Saturday or on the following Monday, depending on a number of factors. Orders received on Saturday will be shipped two days later, on Monday. Orders received on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. No orders will be shipped on Sundays. Delivery Options 1. Regular (Standard) Shipping: The majority of domestic orders are sent USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail takes 2-4 business days for delivery. Mixed Media Collage Journals and large orders are sent UPS Ground or DHL Ground with insurance. UPS Ground or DHL Ground delivery normally takes 5-9 business days. 2. 2nd-Day Shipping: Orders are sent UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail. Delivery normally takes 2-3 business days (depending on the time of day that the order was placed). USPS Express Mail is used when orders are placed close to the weekend. 2nd Day Shipping orders placed on Thursday or Friday do not have guaranteed 2 day shipping. 3. Overnight Shipping: Orders are sent UPS Next Day Air. Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days (depending on the time of day that the order was placed).
