Journaling Tip Tuesday
Tuesday, December 30th, 2008Starting a new journal at the beginning of a new year just makes sense. A new beginning, a blank page. But sometimes it is hard to start a journal just as it can be hard to keep all those new year’s resolutions. Journaling though doesn’t have to be something that gets dropped. One of the main things to remember about journaling is that it’s always going to be there for you. Whether you journal every day, once a week, or once a month. So take the pressure off yourself and just enjoy it when it happens.
For the new year I plan to post a journaling tip every Tuesday. It may be a writing tip or prompt to get you started, or it could be a visual journaling tip. Stay tuned!
Until then, here is a quote to ponder- in your head, or better yet, in a journal!
“Learn to pause…or nothing worthwhile will catch up to you.” ~Doug King
